All 1882-CC Morgan Silver Dollar Coins offered here are graded Very Fine 25. A VF25 coin shows noticeable circulation wear, but still retains solid detail in Libertys portrait and the eagle design. It falls near the center of the Very Fine scale (20-35), offering collectors a balance between strong visual detail and a more affordable price point.
Obverse
On the obverse of the 1882-CC Morgan Dollar Coin is the classic Lady Liberty portrait by George T. Morgan. The design shows Liberty in left-profile relief wearing a Phrygian cap with a coronet crown and laurel wreath. The outer field includes 13 stars, and the date is displayed along the bottom rim.
Reverse
The reverse of the 1882-CC Morgan Silver Dollar features Morgans heraldic eagle design. The bald eagle appears front-facing with its wings spread wide. In its talons, the eagle holds the arrows of war and the olive branch of peace, a design that became one of the most recognizable elements of the Morgan Dollar series.

The 1882-CC Morgan Silver Dollar is a popular date among collectors due to its higher mintage compared to other Carson City issues. With 1,133,000 coins struck, it is considered more accessible than many other CC Morgans, making it a common starting point for collectors interested in owning a Carson City Mint example. Even with its availability, it remains a key coin for Morgan Dollar sets.
