Obverse
On the obverse of the 1924 Peace Dollar Coin, youll find a depiction of Lady Liberty created by Anthony de Francisci. Libertys left-profile bust features her free-flowing hair, crowned with a shining beam of light. Reverse
The reverse side of the 1924 Peace Silver Dollar showcases an American bald eagle resting on a rock, grasping an olive branch in its talons. History
Between 1921 and 1928, along with 1934 and 1935, a total of 191,394,726 Peace Silver Dollars were minted. In 1924, the Philadelphia Mint produced 11.811 million coins, a significant number that contributed to the availability of these coins in the years following their release.
