While the jump in demand from 1998 to 1999 was impressive, with the mintage climbing by nearly 3 million coins, it was nothing compared to what was to come. In 2000, the mintage jumped another 2.5 million coins. By 2002, demand was up by more than 3 million from 1999. In 2008, demand jumped nearly 3 times the 1999 level to 20.5 million coins.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
