First released in 1986, the American Silver Eagle and American Gold Eagle quickly became the nations official bullion programs. To honor two decades of these coins, the Mint offered a special 20th Anniversary Silver Eagle release. Right now, certified 2006-W Proof American Silver Eagle 20th Anniversary 3-Coin Sets are available from BGASC.

Each coin in these certified 2006-W Proof American Silver Eagle 20th Anniversary 3-Coin Sets is enclosed in a protective slab and graded Mint State or Proof 69 by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation. Coins in this grade have their full mint luster and only minor imperfections. Any small marks or lines are faint and not in the main design elements.
Obverse
The obverse of the 2006 Silver Eagle coins carries Adolph A. Weinmans Walking Liberty. Originally used on the half dollar starting in 1916, this classic design stayed in use through 1947 and remains one of Americas most recognized coin designs.
Reverse
The reverse of 2006 1 oz Silver Eagle coins displays John Mercantis Heraldic Eagle. This design draws on U.S. coin traditions dating back to 1794 and remained the reverse of the Silver Eagle series until 2021.
History
The 2006-W Proof American Silver Eagle 3-Coin Set was created for the series 20th anniversary. It features three unique versions: the traditional Proof Silver Eagle from the West Point Mint with a W mint mark, the Reverse Proof Silver Eagle from the Philadelphia Mint with a P mint mark, and the Burnished Silver Eagle introduced that same year. The Reverse Proof reverses the usual proof style with frosted fields and polished design elements, while the Burnished coin has a smooth satin-like finish.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. Most BGASC orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
