The 2019 1/10 oz Canadian Gold Polar Bear Coin is part of an annual series that features new artwork each year and is now available from BGASC.

Each 2019 1/10 oz Canadian Gold Polar Bear Coin is struck by the Royal Canadian Mint and comes in a protective flip. The coin includes precise radial line patterns on both sides, which serve as an anti-counterfeiting measure.
Obverse
The obverse side of the 2019 1/10 oz Gold Polar Bear Coin features Queen Elizabeth II in right-profile relief. This image was created by Susanna Blunt in 2003 and is the fourth portrait of the Queen to appear on Canadian coins. It is distinct for showing her without a crown.
Reverse
On the reverse of the 2019 Canadian Gold Polar Bear Coin, youll see a polar bear walking across an icy Arctic setting. Sea ice is essential to these animals for hunting and survival. History
Polar bears are equipped for life in the cold. Their thick fur is water-resistant and looks white but is actually made of clear hairs that help reflect light. Under their fur, black skin absorbs heat. Males can weigh as much as 1,500 pounds and are much larger than females. Their large feet help them move easily on snow and ice and act like paddles when swimming, allowing them to travel far in cold waters.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. Most BGASC orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
