These silver and gold coins were based on designs from the early 1900s, with several acting as detailed restrikes of silver dollars that once featured dragons linked to specific regions or emperors. Today, BGASC offers the 2019 1 oz Chinese Silver Chihli Dragon Dollar Coin.

The 2019 1 oz Chinese Silver Chihli Dragon Dollar Coin is a modern version of a historical coin and comes in an acrylic capsule. The coins design closely follows the look of the 1903 Chinese Silver Chihli Dollar, and the mintage was limited to just 5,000 pieces.
Obverse
On the obverse of the 2019 Chinese Silver Chihli Dragon Dollar is the image of a dragon. The original 1903 design featured this powerful dragon in fine detail. It appears coiled and moving across the face of the coin, a common visual theme in traditional Chinese art and mythology.
Reverse
The reverse of the 2019 1 oz Silver Chihli Dragon Dollar Coin features inscriptions from the earlier 1903 issue. These details help connect the coin to the early days of modern Chinese minting, when engravers were using both established techniques and new technology.
History
The original 1903 Chihli Dollar was minted during the late Qing Dynasty, a time when provinces produced their own coins. This piece came from the Chihli province, which is now Hebei, and it reflects the independence of regional mints at that time.

Most BGASC orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
