That year, the US Mint introduced a brand-new reverse design by Emily Damstra. It was the first major change to the central artwork since the program began in 1986. Today, 2021-W 1 oz Proof American Silver Eagle Coins in certified condition are available from BGASC.
Highlights:
All 2021-W 1 oz Proof American Silver Eagle Coins offered here are graded PF70 by NGC. This grade represents a perfect proof coin with full mint luster and no visible flaws. The UCAM label identifies coins with sharp frosted devices and highly reflective fields. The Advanced Release designation means the coin was received by NGC for grading prior to its official launch to the public.
Obverse
The obverse of the 2021-W Proof American Silver Eagle features Weinmans Walking Liberty. Liberty is depicted walking toward the horizon with the American flag wrapped around her shoulders. The 2021 issue also includes the addition of Weinmans signature on the lower right side.
Reverse
The reverse of the 2021-W 1 oz Proof Silver Eagle showcases Damstras new bald eagle in flight. The eagle carries an oak branch as it flies across the field. Inscriptions around the design note the coins specifications and country of origin.
History
For 2021, the Proof Silver Eagle was produced in two versions. The Type 1 coins were struck early in the year and feature John Mercantis heraldic eagle design on the reverse. Beginning in July, the Mint released the Type 2 coins with the new flying bald eagle image created by Emily Damstra.

All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
