The background features the moon and branches, perfectly capturing the essence of Lepus, symbolizing the Year of the Hare. Inscriptions read ZI:SIN LEPUS.
History
The 12 guardians diligently safeguard the 12 different directions, each representing an animal from the Chinese Lunar Calendar. The Zi:Sin Series commenced in 2017 with Gallus, the guardian symbolizing the Year of the Rooster and protecting the West. While the guardians are depicted in human form, their armor often incorporates the animal they represent.
