Each 2024 Antique Figure 8 Dragon and Dragon Coin is considered legal tender by the Republic of Chad. The coins were produced in High Relief and will arrive in special presentation packaging. This includes a themed case along with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Obverse
The obverse of 2024 Silver Figure 8 Dragon and Dragon Coins contains the coat of arms of Chad. This design was adopted in 1970 and features a lion and goat holding up a heraldic shield. The coins issuing nation and denomination are also inscribed along the edges.
Reverse
On the reverse of 2024 3 oz Antique Republic of Chad Silver Coins, two Chinese dragons are shown with their heads meeting in the center. Unlike the Western dragon, these dragons have more serpentine bodies with whiskers and horns.
