Starting in 1986, Proof Silver Libertads became an annual release, and over time, the lineup expanded with several new weights. Every 2025 1/10 oz Proof Mexican Silver Libertad Coin in this listing comes secured in a PCGS plastic slab with a perfect PR70 grade. PR70 coins display complete, original mint luster with no marks or flaws visible to the eye.
Obverse
On the obverse of the 2025 Proof Mexican Silver Libertad, youll find Mexicos current coat of arms, showing a golden eagle on a prickly pear cactus with a serpent in its grasp. Larger coins, such as the 1 oz, 2 oz, and 5 oz options, include a ring of 10 historical versions of the emblem. Fractional coins, like this 1/10 oz piece, do not have that surrounding detail.
Reverse
The reverse side of the 2025 1/10 oz Proof Silver Libertad Coin displays the famous Winged Victory figure. She appears atop the Mexican Independence Victory Column, with the Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl volcanoes stretching across the horizon behind her.
History
For 2025, the Mexican Mint sharply reduced Silver Libertad production levels. A mix of market conditions and other issues led to fewer coins being struck. Some pieces in the series reached record-low figures, though the 1,500-coin mintage for this 1/10 oz Proof Silver Libertad does not set a new low for the weight.

All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
