Often associated with rebirth, the phoenix is shown with fiery feathers in shades of red, orange, and gold to illustrate its rise from the flames. Some depictions incorporate cooler tones like blue and purple into its design. The birds graceful crest, long neck, and flowing tail feathers make it a captivating image.

History

Throughout history, the phoenix has been a symbol of survival and renewal, resonating with various cultures. From the Japanese Ho-o bird to similar figures in Native American traditions, the phoenix has transcended mythology to become a universal icon of resilience. Its influence continues today, even as the namesake of Phoenix, Arizona.
