Obverse

On the obverse of the 2025 Colorized Silver Eagle, Lady Liberty walks toward the sunrise with the American flag wrapped around her. In this version, the flag is brought to life in full color, with red, white, and blue tones. Her figure is finished with a soft layer of 24-karat gold.

Reverse

History

The Walking Liberty image on the front was created by Adolph A. Weinman in 1916. It first appeared during a time of major updates to U.S. coins, a period that aimed to reflect a more modern and hopeful image of the country through its currency.
