Obverse
The obverse of the 2025 Colorized NATB Massachusetts Silver Coin shows the Wampanoag and Pilgrims together at a shared meal. While often portrayed as a symbol of unity, the event occurred during a time of struggle for the Wampanoag, who chose cooperation to help their community survive. Within a generation, that alliance broke down, leading to conflict.
Reverse
The reverse of the 2025 1 oz Colorized NATB Massachusetts Silver Coin presents the series recurring bald eagle motif. The eagles head is framed within an eight-pointed star, with arrowheads placed between each point to complete the symbolic layout.
History
The Wampanoag had long lived along the New England coast before the first Europeans arrived in the early 1600s. Between 1616 and 1619, new diseases brought by traders devastated their population, killing up to 90%. When the Pilgrims reached Plymouth in 1620, the Wampanoag were rebuilding from this tragedy, which shaped their early relationship with the settlers.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
