Obverse
The obverse of the 2025 Colorized Somalia Silver African Wildlife Leopard Coin features Somalias national coat of arms. This includes a shield decorated with horizontal stripes and a central star, with leopards standing on either side. The design ties into both national pride and the theme of the series.
Reverse
On the reverse side of the coin is a lifelike image of a leopard stretched out on a tree limb. The detailed colorization emphasizes the natural textures of the leopards coat and the environment around it. The artwork captures the strength and stillness of the animal in its natural space.
History
Leopards in Africa are secretive by nature and cover wide areas, which makes them difficult to monitor. Researchers often rely on camera setups and DNA sampling instead of direct sightings. Although they are labeled as vulnerable, leopards are under increasing pressure from habitat fragmentation, poaching, and human interaction.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
