Obverse
On the obverse, the coin features a vivid depiction of the initial Revolutionary War clash. Colonial militiamen are seen loading and firing muskets, while British troops approach in a disciplined formation from the background.

The reverse of the coin features the Liberty Tree. Rays of light shine from behind the tree, an eagle flies above, and a group of colonists gathers underneath. The imagery is a tribute to the ideals of freedom and collective strength.
History
The aftermath of Lexington and Concord led to an immediate rise in colonial coordination. Within days, thousands of colonial fighters gathered around Boston, starting a siege that would last for months. Just a few weeks later, the Second Continental Congress convened and agreed to form a united army under George Washington, turning scattered resistance into an organized military force.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
