Using converted merchant vessels, the early Navy sought to cut off British supplies and test the strength of the Royal Navy near the colonies. To celebrate 250 years of service in October 2025, the United States Mint has released a Proof Silver Eagle featuring a US Navy privy mark. Today, 2025-S 1 oz Proof Navy Privy American Silver Eagle Coins are available in certified condition at BGASC.

Obverse
On the obverse of the 2025-S Proof Navy Privy American Silver Eagle, Walking Liberty moves forward toward the sunrise, wrapped in the American flag. The US Navy privy mark alongside her shows a bald eagle holding an anchor.
Reverse
The reverse of the 2025-S 1 oz Proof Navy Privy Silver Eagle includes the modern bald eagle image by artist Emily Damstra, introduced in 2020. The eagle is shown flying with wings spread, grasping an oak branch in its talons.
History

Its aircraft carriers projected strength and safeguarded trade routes, while its missile submarines formed the foundation of Americas nuclear deterrent. The Navy took part in conflicts in Korea and Vietnam, kept a close watch on Soviet activity, and advanced rapidly with nuclear propulsion, radar systems, and guided missile technology.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
