The reverse of the 2026 British Gold Tudor Beasts Queens Lion Coin highlights the Queens Lion connected to Jane Seymour. Henry VIII used this crowned lion as a symbol of her role as queen consort, and the coin depicts the lion holding her badge.
History
Jane Seymours brief marriage to Henry VIII was significant because it produced Edward VI, his only legitimate male heir and Englands ruler from 1547 to 1553. Her death following childbirth gave her a special legacy, as she became the only wife of Henry to receive a queens funeral and to be buried alongside him at St. Georges Chapel, Windsor.

All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
