Obverse
The obverse of the 2026 1 oz Silver Treasured Maple Leaf Lunar Horse Privy Coin features the first-generation portrait of King Charles III. Designed by Steven Rosati, this left-facing effigy is significant as only the second time a Canadian artist has created a monarch portrait for Canadian coinage. The image shows the King without a crown, keeping the look clean and traditional.
Reverse
On the reverse of 2026 Canadian Silver Treasured Maple Leaf Lunar Horse Privy Coins is the classic sugar maple leaf by Walter Ott. First introduced in 1979, the design has become a standout symbol of the Maple Leaf bullion program. Fine textures and crisp linework bring depth to the leaf, and a small Lunar Horse privy mark sits to the left of the stem to mark the zodiac connection.
