Obverse
In the obverse design of the 2026 Tuvalu Colorized Silver DUNE Coin, the portrait of King Charles III appears. This first-generation effigy was designed by Jody Clark and presents the monarch in a left-profile view without a crown. The design is widely used on modern Tuvalu coinage.
Reverse
For the reverse of 2026 1 oz Colorized Silver DUNE Coins, the scene shows the Emperors grand ship alongside his imperial tent set within the desert environment of Arrakis. Arrakis is the central setting of the Dune saga and is famous for its severe desert landscape. The planet features vast dunes, intense heat, and very limited water resources, making it a difficult environment where survival requires skill and preparation.
