Obverse
The obverse of the 2026 Colorized Australian Silver Lunar Horse coin includes an effigy of King Charles III. His Majesty is shown in left-profile relief and is featured without a crown. This portrait is the first official depiction of Charles III created for Australian coin designs and was crafted by Dan Thorne.
Reverse
On the reverse of 2026 5 oz Colorized Silver Lunar Horse Coins, the design showcases two horses running across a natural countryside setting.
