These 2026 5 oz Proof Gibraltar Silver The Queen Elizabeth II 100 Masterpiece Coins are packaged in a presentation box and come with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity. While Makloufs portrait of Queen Elizabeth II was widely used on circulating coinage, this 100 Masterpiece Series showcases seven original busts that were never released on coins. The rim of each coin also includes the engraved strike date, 21st April 2026, recognizing the Queens 100th birthday.
Obverse
On the obverse of the 2026 Proof Gibraltar Silver The Queen Elizabeth II 100 Masterpiece Coin is an image of His Majesty King Charles III. The design, created by Raphael Maklouf, shows the King in left-profile relief without a crown.
Reverse
The reverse of the 2026 5 oz Proof Silver The Queen Elizabeth II 100 Masterpiece Coin features the royal emblem associated with Her Late Majesty. Surrounding the emblem are seven unique portraits of Queen Elizabeth II created by Maklouf. Born in Jerusalem and educated in London, Maklouf developed a style focused on clean lines and realistic detail, which is evident in these designs.
History
Queen Elizabeth II was born on April 21, 1926, at 17 Bruton Street in Mayfair, London. She was the daughter of Prince Albert, Duke of York, and Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon. At the time of her birth, her father was not the direct heir to the throne, and her future as Queen was not anticipated. Her life would later change course, leading to a reign that became one of the longest in British history.

All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
