To mark this milestone, the United States Mint has issued a special Proof American Silver Eagle featuring unique design elements tied to the anniversary. Today, 2026-W 1 oz Proof American Silver Eagle Coins are offered by BGASC in certified condition.

These 2026-W 1 oz Proof American Silver Eagle Coins are graded in flawless condition. A PR70 grade signifies a perfect coin with no visible marks. DCAM refers to deep-cameo proof contrast, highlighting frosted designs against mirrored backgrounds. First Strike coins are those received for certification within 30 days of the mints release.
Obverse
Featured on the obverse of the 2026-W Proof 1 oz American Silver Eagle is the Walking Liberty design by Adolph A. Weinman. Liberty is shown in left-profile relief, striding toward the rising sun. She is wrapped in the American flag, reaching outward with her right hand while holding oak and laurel branches in her left arm. America250 additions on this side include a dual-date of 1776-2026 and a Liberty Bell privy mark.
Reverse
The reverse design of the 2026-W Proof American Silver Eagle showcases Emily Damstras bald eagle artwork. Introduced in 2021, this design depicts the eagle descending in left-profile relief with its wings raised high. An oak branch is firmly held in the eagles talons, adding symbolic detail to the image.
History
Proof Silver Eagles were first produced in the 1980s, with limited mintages between 1986 and 1989. During those years, production ranged from roughly 500,000 to just over one million coins annually. All Proof issues from that decade were struck at the San Francisco Mint and remain notable for their place in the early history of the series.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
Most BGASC orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
BGASC is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.
