Coins in this condition show only light traces of wear and retain most of their original detail and visual appeal. Known as sliders among collectors, these specimens come very close to Uncirculated quality while displaying only minimal friction on the highest points.
Obverse
The obverse of the 90% Silver Booker T. Washington Half Dollar features a profile portrait of Booker T. Washington facing right. The design was prepared by Isaac Scott Hathaway and includes Washingtons name beneath the bust. It recognizes his achievements as the founder of the Tuskegee Institute and honors his impact on education and public life.
Reverse
On the reverse of the 90% Silver Booker T. Washington Commemorative Coin is an image of the Hall of Fame for Great Americans. The building is displayed with detailed architectural features that highlight its importance as a memorial. Beneath the structure is a small cabin symbolizing Washingtons birthplace, creating a design that reflects his remarkable life story and accomplishments.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
