Obverse
The obverse of Morgan Silver Dollars showcases George T. Morgans portrait of Lady Liberty. She faces left in the design, wearing a Phrygian cap along with a coronet and a laurel wreath. Surrounding her image are 13 stars, honoring the original Colonies.
Reverse
The reverse of the coin features another George T. Morgan design, depicting a heraldic eagle. The eagle appears with its wings spread wide, holding both arrows and an olive branch in its talons to symbolize war and peace. A laurel wreath frames the image.
History
The Morgan Silver Dollar was first issued in 1878, bringing back silver dollar production after a brief break. It remained in circulation until 1904, with a one-year reissue in 1921. During its original run, the coin was struck at several U.S. Mint branches, including Philadelphia, Carson City (CC), New Orleans (O), and San Francisco (S).

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
